Stationery Store Day 2026

Save the date for the fifth annual Stationery Store Day on Saturday, August 1! Stationery Store Day is a celebration of independent stationery stores and the joys of paper and pens. Once again, we’ll be joining founder Calliope Paperie in Hudson, MA, and dozens of other stores across the country and around the world to celebrate stationery!

Stop by the shop on August 1 for fun activities, prizes, and exclusive Stationery Store day merchandise by artist Karen Schipper and Calliope Paperie! You can check out other local stationery shops who are participating here.

In Store Events

Don't miss these in-store only events when you visit!

• Spin and Win a Special Sticker: each of our five staff members have designed two stickers, only available on Stationery Store Day. After completing your purchase of $10 or more, spin our prize wheel to see which one you get!
• Sticky Note Board: use our sticky notes to tell us your dream Paper Mouse product! At the end of the day, we'll pick a winner from the notes posted on the board. Winner will receive a prize of Paper Mouse goodies.
• Moonlit Voyage pen restock: we've saved a few of our Paper Mouse x Opus 88 Moonlit Voyage pens for Stationery Store Day visitors. If you missed our online launches in the past, here's your chance to pick one up in person!
• The Paper Mouse x Ink Institute inks: we'll have a limited number of our new Moonlit Voyage, Flowing Friendship, and Cozy Nook inks available in-store on Stationery Store Day only. In addition to full bottles, 4 ml samples will also be available. If you placed an EARLY BIRD ink order for pickup, it will also be available on Stationery Store Day! Other EARLY BIRD ink preorders will begin shipping Friday 7/31 and continue throughout next week.
  
• The Paper Mouse Uniball One P: we’ve been eager to add a Paper Mouse gel pen to our collection. Available as an in-store exclusive, we will have Paper Mouse Uniball One P pens in Yogurt and La France with rose gold trim starting on Stationery Store Day at a special introductory price.
  

• MA Paper Trail: follow the Paper Trail once again this year! The Trail is a tour of Massachusetts stationery stores that might end in a fabulous prize.
