Following the success of their first “Kachofugetsu” release inspired by cherry blossoms, Esterbrook and Bungubox are proud to introduce the Kingfisher Edition. Drawing on the Japanese concept of Flower, Bird, Wind, and Moon, this second release honors the jewel-toned kingfisher bird, capturing its iridescent elegance in every detail.

Crafted in the U.S. from DiamondCast resin, the Kingfisher Estie mirrors the bird’s vibrant feathers with deep teal, warm copper, and soft black hues. Gold-plated trim, a matching converter, and a special gold-plated nib engraved with the Japanese character for “bird” complete this refined writing instrument.
